- This is all true but the place should be able to answer your questions
- about the product and if they can't they should either not be selling it
- or allow you to return the product for a full refund in 15 ro 30 days.
- As long as the customer pays the shipping. I have called a few places
- and asked simple question to the "tech support person" and have gotten
- "I really don't know about that" or they just read the description off
- the screen or a page in the catalog. With the Amiga market being what
- it is the mail order places should try to work more with the customer
- if they can't answer the questions.
